Sales Management Careers

Our Sales Management teams play an important role in the success of each store. Through coaching, team development, and day-to-day leadership, they help create a fun and collaborative sales environment where both leaders and Sales Team Members can succeed.

 

As part of the store leadership team, Sales Managers and Store Managers help ensure operations run smoothly, team members are supported in achieving their goals and targets, and guests receive exceptional service while finding the right solutions for their homes.

Store Merchandising Careers

Our Store Merchandising Team brings the Ashley brand to life by showcasing product assortments throughout our stores. Using their visual merchandising expertise, they create product displays that are appealing, on-brand, and designed to support strong sales results.

 

The team also plays an important role in store operations by maintaining accurate inventory documentation and helping keep the store and warehouse areas safe, clean, and organized.

Store Administration Careers

Our Store Administration Team supports the sales process while helping ensure guests receive exceptional customer service. They respond to guest needs with care and professionalism, while staying aligned with our company standards, culture, and business practices.

 

From the in-store experience through to after-sales support, the team helps keep the guest experience running smoothly and always keeps our guests’ best interests in mind.
